Annerly is the business: a healthcare capital-project intelligence service for medical equipment vendors, specialty contractors, suppliers and clinical technology firms.
CON Prospect is Annerly's Illinois certificate-of-need research engine — the product that tracks, extracts and classifies filings. It is not the name of the company.

We work from public records published through the Illinois certificate-of-need process, including applications, modifications and board actions. We are independent and not affiliated with any state agency.

Limits we work within
- Filings describe proposals. Projects can be modified, delayed, denied or withdrawn.
- Manufacturer and model names in a filing are applicant proposals, not awards.
- Rounded figures are marked as rounded; exact figures are quoted as filed.
- Coverage is currently Illinois only.
